EIPICO believes that the welfare of its employees is one of its main responsibilities. Besides a healthy and safe workplace, it provides services such as transportation, medical care, employee housing, social and cultural care, employee training and daily meals.
Transportation
EIPICO provides daily free transportation to its employees from their residences to its premises and back. Also, transportation of all children of the staff residing at the Tenth of Ramadan City, from and to their schools (primary to secondary stages), is carried out for free.
Medical Care
EIPICO provides an integrated medical service to its staff.
All employees are medically insured.
Due to the spread of the company’s branches in several governorates of Egypt, EIPICO has concluded contracts with the biggest hospitals and medical centers in these governorates, where it fully bears the expenses of treatment, surgical operations and the accommodation in hospitals, if necessary.
Employees Housing
EIPICO believes that its staff are partners in success and that providing them with numerous services increases their focus on performing their duties efficiently.
EIPICO provides housing units for many of its staff.
EIPICO also bought apartment buildings and fitted them as furnished rest houses after equipping them with means of entertainment, in order to accommodate the residence of some of its staff.
Social and Cultural Care
EIPICO contributes to subsidizing the different social activities such as organizing the Hajj and two Umrah pilgrimage trips to the staff and their families.
EIPICO provides free nursery for the children of female employees where they enjoy good pedagogical and medical care.
Employee Training
Training is considered among the props on which EIPICO is built. Effective training programs, whether in-house or externally coordinated programs, are created and conducted for the staff of all company sectors. Training programs are continually monitored, evaluated, revised and updated.

Our History EIPICO was established in Tenth of Ramadan City in 1980, with a capital of EGP 7 Million, currently raised to EGP 1500 Million, as an Egyptian public shareholder company operating according to the Investment Law (No. 43/1974 modified by Law No. 32/1977).
