Epicocillin is indicated for the treatment of infections caused by organisms sensitive to ampicillin. If necessary, ampicillin should be administered after initial broad-spectrum coverage with a third generation cephalosporin.

- Complicated acute bacterial sinusitis.

- Endocarditis.

- Pyelonephritis.

- Cystitis.

- Intra-abdominal infections.

- Female genital infections.

- Listeria Meningitis when used in combination with an aminoglycoside.
